ALICE IN WONDERLAND

For this entry to the blog, I would like to talk about the presentation my classemate did this Friday about the movie Alice in Wonderland by Tim Burton. This movie made in 2010 it's the modern version of the "Alice Adventures in Woderland" by Lewis Carroll, who was a writer that appealed the surrealist movement. In this movie we can see many of the elements that characterize surrealism, for example: the talking animals, random events and conversations, violence and war, rebellion against society etc. So we can conclude that definitely Alice in Wonderland is a surrealist movie, even though this movement happened long time ago, we can still see the impact it made.
